Hi, I’m Aqeelah Daibu.

Originally from Nigeria, I have been living in Canada with my family since May 2023. As a youth leader passionate about youth empowerment, I have immersed myself in Canadian politics at the municipal, provincial, and national levels.

Serving as the first Black African Muslim Youth Councilor of my city, I also hold provincial and national advisory roles within Canada.

Outside leadership, I love trying out new recipes and cuisines, and finding efficient ways to solve everyday problems.
